Dr. Ezhumattoor Rajarajavarma
Poet, playwright, critic, researcher, biographer, children's author, travel writer, translator and editor. Born on May 20, 1953, in Chengazhasseril Koickal in Pathanamthitta district, Kerala. Father: P.R. UdayaVarma, Mother: C.K. RugminiThampuratty. Disciple of Prof. N. KrishnaPillai. Olikkamuriyil Ramanpillai Asan was his first Guru.
Education at Ezhumattoor Govt. U.P. School, Vaipur N.S.S. High School, Cherthala N.S.S. College, Thevara Sacred Heart College, Govt. Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, Vidhyadhiraja Institute of Post Graduate Studies. Graduation in Chemistry & Law; Post Graduation in Sociology and Malayalam Language and Literature; Ph.D in Malayalam Language and Literature; Diploma in Broadcasting and Public Relations & Advertising. He had published more than hundred books in various branches like poetry, drama, criticism, study, biography, children's literature, travel literature, neo-Literate literature, philosophy, commentary, translation, folklore, memoir and compilation.
